  • Does your products really work?

Yes, our products work well. However, results vary from person to person. There are customers who have had results in as little as 7 days, while others may see results in 30 days.


  • How soon can I see results?

Everyone has different results. We recommend that you use the product consistently, as directed on the bottles, for 30 days before taking a after picture of your results. But, we have some customers who have seen results in as little as a week. Consistency is key. We suggest sticking with one hair care product line for at least six months. 


  • What are the ingredients?

  • Do Grow & Flow products work for all hair types/textures?

Yes, our products work for all hair types/textures. 


  • Do your products help with alopecia? Psoriasis?

We have had a number of customers with alopecia to see results from using our products but we would always advise you to consult your doctor before using. 


  • What should I buy first?

Our Grow & Flow Nourishing Hair Growth Oil, The Moisture Boost Kit, and The L.O.C. Method Kit are all great starting options.


  • Can your products be used on children? 

Yes we've had customers use it on children as young as 6 months. Our CEO, Kiara Morales, has been using her products on her daughter since she was 5 months. We do recommend you use your own discretion and to not apply excessive amounts of the products. Our products are safe and made with 100% natural ingredients and fragrances. We do not use any harmful or toxic ingredients in any of our products.


  • Do I need the whole line or can I just use the oil?

You can choose to use only the oil, but your hair will benefit even more from using the whole line collectively. Many of our customers start with the oil and then add on our other products once they see results. 


  • Can you use your products on relaxed or permed hair?

Yes, our products work well on all styles including relaxed, permed hair, loc'd hair and hair being worn in protective styles. 


  • What are your shipping costs?

Shipping is a flat $8 free for orders less than $85. Orders that are $85 and up ship for free. 


  • What are your best selling products?

Our top 2 best-selling products are the Nourishing Hair Growth oil and the Everything You Need Kit. 


  • What would you suggest for those with color treated hair? 

Those with color treated hair can receive great results from all of our products! The Grow & Flow hair growth oil, Leave-in Detangling Hair Mist, and our Moisturizing Shampoo and Detangling Conditioner are great products to start with!



  • How long does the Nourishing Hair Growth Oil work?

  • What process should I follow when using your hair care line? 

When using our hair products begin with the Follicle Booster and follow with our Full Bloom Amplifying Shampoo and Conditioner. Followed with our Full Bloom Infinitely Deep Conditioner for a deep treatment. After you’ve rinsed your hair style with our Leave-In Duo along with our Canvas Hair Serum and Argan Oil. Depending on your hair type/texture your regimen may vary. 


  • What forms of payments do you accept? 

We accept debit and credit card payments only at this time.


  • When will my order ship? 

Shipping times are currently delayed right now due to Covid-19. All hair care products take 5-10 business days to process. Day 1 starts the day after your order is received. Tracking information is sent via email after processing. For more information about our shipping policy, please read our "shipping policy" located in the footer section of our website. 

  • How long will it take to receive my order? 

After your order has been shipped, it can take 2-3 business days to receive, depending on your location. 


  • Do you offer free shipping?

We do offer free shipping on Domestic Orders $85+.


  • Do you offer tracking for shipped orders? 

Yes, you will receive tracking information via email once your order has left the processing window which is (5-10 business days) but it is possible to receive information sooner.
